The Marchetti Company is an Architect / Builder firm located in Nashville, TN. Locally renowned Architect, Michael Marchetti, began the company in 1992, with the vision of offering both design and building disciplines under the same roof, giving his company a clear advantage over strictly Architecture firms, as well as, over other General Contractors. 

One such advantage is that a licensed architect is involved with every aspect of the construction process, from initial design to the issuance of the Use and Occupancy. Having an in-house architect with a “hands-on” philosophy, helps expeditiously resolve many of the issues that arise during the construction process without having to obtain an outside source of consultant.
